I am a new employee, why can't I login to my email account?

There are two main possibilities for this issue.
- The link to set up your email account has a 48 hour expiration set. If you waited more than 48 hours to click the link and set up your account, you will need to open a ticket with support by clicking here or sending an email to: support@emilygriffith.edu
- After you have clicked on the link to set up your email, you will be prompted to setup 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). There is a 10 day grace period for setting up 2FA, if that period expires, you will need to open a ticket and include an email you would like to use for password recovery, and a valid phone number.
