I can't see my courses in Moodle.

There are multiple possible reasons for this.

The 2 most common reasons are:

  • The course has not been opened by the instructor. Until it is opened, you will not be able to see the course.
  • You are in pre-registered status. Pre-registered means you have registered for the course, but have not made payment arrangements. Please contact treasury@emilygriffith.edu to make payment arrangements.

If both of these conditions have been cleared and determined not to be the cause, please click on the "Create New Ticket" link on this page, select "Moodle" as the help topic and submit a ticket. Please be sure to include your student ID number, and the email address with which you registered.
